Nexus Conducts Successful Incubator Manager Training Program

Nexus successfully hosted the Incubator Manager Training Program (IMT) at the American Center in New Delhi from February 14 to 15, under the support of the U.S. Government. This program gathered participants from across the country to learn international best practices for planning, launching, and scaling incubators. Over two days, attendees were equipped with essential operational tools and strategies for running successful incubators that support both startups and stakeholders.

The program, which fostered collaboration among various incubators, also created lasting connections through online communities. Led by Mr. Glenn Robinson, Academic Director of the Nexus StartUp Hub at UConn, the training covered key topics related to managing incubators for “deep tech” and social entrepreneurs. With over 40 years of global experience in senior management, Mr. Robinson’s curriculum has been delivered at U.S. Consulates, universities, and private institutions worldwide. The program concluded with outstanding success, receiving 100% positive feedback from participants.
